At PDPT, we know that no client is the same, which is why our coaching process is specifically tailored to you. 1-1 personal training sessions are 50 minutes in length and will be programmed with your goals, abilities, and exercise preferences in mind. These sessions are best suited to those who want or require one to one attention throughout.
